I was aware of snapped cables, but Will alerted me to a broken spring as well. He was in and out inside of 20 minutes, or so, AND explained some of the newer opener features enabled since I installed the current opener system. As I earlier stated, I think Will has done this before!

Door springs broke about 10pm the night before. I was on the phone by 7:30 with a rep to schedule and by 10am the next day they were out to fix it. I had 2 new springs put in place plus a full inspection, took less than 45 minutes. The price was very good, and the service was extremely professional.

Big shout out to Metro Garage Door! Went to run an errand last night only to discover a broken spring and a garage door that wouldn't open. Called their number at 9:00pm and spoke with a very pleasant person and made an appointment for the next morning. Received a confirmation call this morning at 7:50am from another very courteous person confirming my appointment. The technician called (also very courteous) at 9:00am, was there at 9:15am and done before 10:00am. OUTSTANDING TEAM & SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
